Our client is currently looking for Production operators to join their business in Maybole. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm for two weeks, then Monday to Thursday, 2pm to 10pm and Friday, 2pm to 7pm for two weeks. These shifts will rotate. £13.20 Day Shift £14.16 back shift As much overtime as you want available. If you commit to working 6am - 6pm Monday - Friday you will be paid time a 1/3 for every single hour you work!! Responsibilities: - Operate production machinery and equipment to assemble, fabricate, and package products - Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality control and meet production targets - Perform materials handling tasks, including moving raw materials and finished products within the warehouse - Use hand tools and power tools to perform various tasks, such as cutting, drilling, and shaping materials - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments to equipment - Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred - Familiarity with tooling and the use of hand tools is required - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
