GCH is seeking a Finance Officer - Rent and Service Charges to join our Finance team in the United Kingdom. You will help calculate, set, monitor and report rents and service charges across all tenures, ensuring customers are charged correctly and data is accurate.
You will work closely with Finance and operations, maintain data quality in our finance system, respond to queries, support financial reporting and audits, and look for opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
