Overview
Due to the continuing growth of our business, GCC Facilities Management plc is looking for a Senior Sales and Marketing Exec to join its team at its Sutton Head Office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the GCC Marketing and Internal Sales team to execute a marketing strategy that generates a specified number of qualified business development opportunities each month and deliver those opportunities to our field sales team. You will be responsible for delivering our marketing driven sales campaigns, evaluating our opportunity generation performance metrics, and collaborating with internal and external sales and marketing teams. You will have a strong sales and/or marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Working hours are 09.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement our lead-generation-specific digital marketing strategy (PPC, SEO, and web presence), liaising with third-party suppliers as required. Attend monthly Teams meetings, review campaign performance, escalate poor performance for investigation and improvement, and ensure we are receiving an acceptable ROI.
- Inform prospects and clients of services through creative marketing strategies for the purposes of selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Develop and implement a sales-specific content strategy to post on our blog page and LinkedIn.
- Follow-up on ‘warm’ incoming opportunities via PPC or Lead Forensics and qualify them prior to allocating to our field sales team.
- Effectively use our e-marketing platform to manage and develop our sales-specific communication routes with external stakeholders.
- Help manage our telemarketing routes led by an external agency to aid lead generation.
- Effectively use the SurveyMonkey platform to manage and assess our survey responses from our internal and external stakeholders.
The Person
- At least 2 years’ experience in selling and/or marketing B2B services.
- Excellent working knowledge of PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, use of the WordPress platform, and basic CSS.
- Knowledge of digital design and both litho and digital print.
- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent IT skills across Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Sage CRM (desirable).
