Specialist Cleaning Technician, North London 37.5 hours per week, any 5 from 7 days, days or nights. Purpose of role To carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance at client sites as part of a nationwide team. This role requires fully flexible working hours to suit the needs of the clients and business. May require occasional working away from home (Hotel & Dinner Expenses covered and booked by GCC) The role reports to the Field Service Manager Main Duties To take responsibility for all matters relating to Health and Safety on site and to facilitate completion of work orders on time and in a safe manner. Ensure that any accidents or near misses are reported to the Field Service Manager. To be able to work confidently alone whilst also providing competent support to other technicians when required. Carry out: Carpet Cleaning Upholstery Cleaning Hard Floor Cleaning Biohazard Cleans – Including Body Spills (Requires Hep B Certification) Needle Sweeps (Requires Hep B Certification) Gutter/High Level/ATEX Cleaning Shower Head Sanitising/Descaling in accordance with Legionella Compliance All above to be completed following GCC RAMS Complete all assigned work orders daily.
