HR & Recruitment Administrator required for a maternity cover position.
As the HR & Recruitment Administrator for a growing Facilities Management company, you will support the HR Manager across all aspects of HR, recruitment and learning & development.
The Role
HR Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the Induction process.
  • Monitor absence and attendance, including sickness absence and Return To Work processes
  • Assist with the implementation and progression of Personal Development Programs and wider Performance Management issues.
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure it is up to date, relevant, compliant and accurate.
  • Progress HR projects and ad hoc tasks when required.
  • Own and resolve general HR queries and questions.

Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment process on a pro-active and continuous basis.
  • Co-ordinate cleaner recruitment in response to specific requests
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate subcontractor and cleaner candidate pools
  • Process all incoming queries relating to subcontractor and cleaner positions
  • Distribute potential subcontractor information to relevant Area Managers

Learning & Development Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design and delivery of induction training courses.
  • Management and control of online training packages.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of core mandatory courses.
  • Support the HR Manager in evaluating all training needs through the Company\’s training matrix.
  • To source and book any required external training or accreditation courses.

Experience & Skills

  • Excellent people communication and administration skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Experience in HR administration, Recruitment or a related role.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
