Are you an experienced Estate Agent with valuing experience, looking for an opportunity that enables you to work from home?

Our client, a well-established and highly successful estate agency is currently looking for a Valuer to join their team in the Bristol area.

The role offers a range of commission opportunities, including, instruction bonuses, commission on completions, canvassed instruction incentives, and mortgage and legal sign-up bonuses.

This is a great opportunity to have a more flexible role that offers a salary and uncapped earnings, that\’s not to be missed!

  • Valuer requirements:

  • Highly experienced within property sales and valuing
  • Be motivated and driven
  • Good knowledge of the local area
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A full and clean UK driving license
  • Key tasks of a Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller\’s properties
  • Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory
  • Engage and support customers throughout their journey
  • Build a relationship and be the customer\’s key point of contact through the process
