Our client, a highly respected and well-established Estate Agency, is looking to welcome a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to their close-knit team in Braintree. The successful Trainee Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

  • Overall package of up to £25,000
  • Full training and support from day 1
  • 5-day working week

Trainee Lettings Negotiator requirements:

  • Previous experience in the property industry is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, musthave experiencein a fast-paced, customer-focused office environment.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-driven individual
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident, positive, and professional attitude
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, your duties will be:

  • Engage with prospective tenants to understand their needs, preferences, and backgrounds in order to match them with the most suitable rental properties.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of the available property portfolio to provide accurate and tailored recommendations.
  • Arrange and lead property viewings, offering a professional and informative experience to potential tenants.
  • Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants, ensuring agreements meet the expectations of both parties.
