Our client, a thriving and well-respected independent Estate Agency business, is expanding and they’re looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to lead their Stowmarket office. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing business at a pivotal time, with genuine scope for long-term career progression. As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:

  • Basic salary of up to £32,000
  • OTE of up to £60,000
  • Guarantee for the first few months

As a Branch Manager, your duties will be:

  • Build, support and develop a high-performing team
  • Maximise revenue opportunities and drive overall branch profitability
  • Proactively generate new business and nurture strong client relationships
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer service and brand representation
  • Conduct Market Appraisals confidently and professionally
  • Follow up on leads both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Train, coach and mentor staff to reach their full potential
  • Negotiate offers successfully and close deals
  • Register applicants, greet customers and create outstanding client experiences
  • Carry out viewings when required

Requirements for the role of Branch Manager:

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within Estate Agency
  • Ideally, have a strong knowledge of the Stowmarket property market
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful team
  • A strong track record of winning instructions and driving business growth
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
  • Sales-driven mindset with real energy, ambition, and a proactive attitude
