Our client, a well-established and highly successful estate agency, is seeking a Valuer to join their expanding team in the Rushden area.

Working hours:

• Full-time basis

Our clients are offering the successful Valuer:

• Up to £27,500 Basic
• Company Car
• Clear progression opportunities

To be considered for the Valuer role, you must have the following:

• Highly experienced in property valuing
• Be motivated and driven
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• A full and clean UK driving license

Key tasks of a Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:

• Provide accurate market valuations for potential sellers\’ properties
• Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory
• Engage and support customers throughout their journey
• Build a relationship and be the customer\’s key point of contact through the entire sales process
• Similar to a self-employed role but under full employment
