Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Valuer!

Our client, a leading online Agency, is currently seeking an experienced property professional to join their team as a Sales Valuer on a self-employed basis in East London.

The main requirements for this role include experience in the property industry, particularly in carrying out property valuations, understanding the market, and delivering a high level of service. In return, you will receive full training, access to equipment and leading software, strong marketing support, and the opportunity to build your own business, earn a good salary, and be part of an exciting brand.

You will be covering postcodes in the East London area, providing ample business opportunities.

Working hours for the Sales Valuer:

  • This is a home-based role, but full-time hours are required.

Salary/Package for the successful Sales Valuer:

  • Commission only, with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000 – £60,000 in Year 1.
  • A 3-month guarantee/retainer.

Sales Valuer duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing accurate market valuations for potential seller\’s properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador in your territory to build your own and the company\’s business.
  • Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market.
  • Engaging with and supporting customers throughout their journey.
  • Building relationships and being the customer\’s key point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinating with the central support team to ensure successful sales.
  • Having excellent knowledge of property market trends.
  • Working on a self-employed basis.
  • Possessing a full driver\’s license and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
  • Having a strong desire to succeed and grow your own business.
  • Demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
  • Possessing strong valuation experience at a Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator/Valuer level.
  • Having strong verbal and written communication skills.
