Our client is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a Sales Valuer to join their friendly team based in Wickford.
The main requirements for this role of Sales Valuer are to have experience in the property industry where you have carried out property valuations, to understand the market, and to be able to deliver a high level of service.
Working days :
As a Sales Valuer, you will be required to work 5 days per week.
Salary package on offer
- Basic salary circa £23,000
- Realistic OTE £50,000
- 3-month guarantee whilst building pipeline
- Car allowance of £2,500 per annum
- Excellent Commission Structure

Sales Valuer requirements
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local property market
- Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller\’s properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales
- Arrange and attend Market Appraisals
- Engage and support clients throughout their journey
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Build relationships with other local professionals with the aim of securing referral work

- Essential to have excellent knowledge of the property market including property trends
- Booking and attending market appraisals
