Our client is a successful award-winning independent agent that is based in South London they are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their established office in Plumstead. This role is available due to a fantastic last 6 months for the business and continuous expansion and growth.
Working hours for the successful Sales Progressor:
- 9.00 am -5.00 pm Monday toFriday.
The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:
- A competitive basic salary.
- Realistic OTE of £32,000 in the form of pool commission (the office is on track to exceed this)

Sales Progressor key tasks include, but will not be limited to:
- Oversee property transactions from offer acceptance through to final completion
- Support and advise clients throughout the sales journey
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and timely updates
- Maintain clear and consistent communication via phone and email
- Manage timelines effectively by working towards set goals and deadlines
- Resolve issues proactively to ensure sales continue moving forward
- Reassess and renegotiate sales terms when necessary
- Follow up diligently on outstanding documents, queries, and contracts
