We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a reputable property company based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. The successful Sales Negotiator role will be offered:

  • Basic salary ranging from £24,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)
  • UK Driving License is essential
  • Previous experience in sales within an estate agency – minimum of 1 year
  • Committed to delivering top customer service
  • The ability to work independently, as well as part of a wider team

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

  • Book and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers with buyers and vendors
  • Coordinate with buyers/vendors, solicitors, and the wider internal teamto facilitate smooth transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
  • Assist with valuations and property listings as and when required
