They are now looking to add a motivated individual to their close-knit and supportive team in the Mildenhall area and will consider candidates currently working within estate agency in a different capacity who are looking to transition into a Sales Negotiator role.
As a Sales Negotiator, you can expect:

The role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance and delivering an outstanding service to clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Booking and carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

- Arranging market appraisals
- Managing sales progression and liaising with all parties
- Handling general administration and CRM updates
About you:
