Residential Surveyor - Somerset

Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established independent Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Somerset area to join their team.

Working Hours

• Full-time or Part-time (Minimum 3 day week)
• Remote / work-from-home basis

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor

• Basic salary ranging from £45,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)
• OTE £65,000 – £70,000
• Car allowance
• Healthcare

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve

• Carry out level 2 and 3 Residential Surveys
• Produce accurate property reports using market leading iPad technology
• Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
• Attend quarterly meetings at head office
• Expert Witness Valuations (desirable)
• Probate Valuations (desirable)

Requirements for Residential Surveyor role

• Experience as a practising Surveyor
• RICS Membership (MRICS, Assoc RICS)
• Level 3 Survey background (preferred)
• VRS registered
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Technical expertise in Surveying
• Attention to detail
