You'll play a key role in managing tenancy matters from start to finish, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive an exceptional level of service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
The Role
- Manage landlord and tenant enquiries, providing exceptional customer service
- Handle tenancy renewals and tenancy terminations
- Update tenancy documentation and ensure compliance records are maintained
- Coordinate maintenance issues and liaise with contractors to ensure timely resolutions
- Negotiate deposit returns between landlords and tenants
- Manage rent arrears and communicate with all parties effectively
- Resolve tenancy-related issues efficiently and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Ensure all tenancy processes comply with current lettings legislation
Property Manager Requirements
- Previous property management or lettings administration experience is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused communicator
- Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
- Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance is advantageous
