We are currently representing a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating both Residential and Commercial work, who are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their practice. The role will include undertaking a range of valuation and surveying work including Level 2 and 3, Red Book Valuations, Bespoke Building Surveys, help to buy and probate. This is a varied role with a fantastic salary and a range of benefits, working for an organisation who really put their staff first, ensuring a great working environment and longevity.

Working hours: Full Time or Part Time

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

  • Basic salary between £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • 10% Commission on personal net billings
  • OTE of £70,000 - £80,000

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:

  • Minimum AssocRICS with a RICS accredited degree or MRICS /FRICS qualifications
  • Strong track record in Surveying
  • Registered Valuer Status

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

  • Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work including Level 2 Surveys, Level 3 Surveys, Red Book Valuations, Bespoke Building Surveys, Private and Panel work
  • Liaising with centralised hub regarding appointments
  • Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines
