Are you a driven and hardworking individual with the ability to sell and close for business? If so, we are recruiting in Dubai for passionate property professionals to join our clients as Real Estate Agents. This position offers life-changing potential, working in a safe and forward-thinking city earning TAX FREE money!
Our clients themselves founded the business after years of working both within the UK and formally one of Dubai's top real estate firms before going out on their own. So, you'll be joining a team who are able to fully support your transition having done it themselves successfully.
Ideally, for this position, they are seeking entrepreneurial individuals, preferably with a background in the property sector.
The successful Estate Agent will be offered:
- This is a commission-only position with 50% on properties sold
- £50,000 - £100,000 OTE tax-free in your first year
- Strong internal training

Working Hours:
As an Estate Agent you will be working full time.
Requirements for the role of Estate Agent:
- Passion for property
- Experience within the property industry isn't essential to be considered for this position but would be an advantage
- Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close for business
- Excellent customer service
- Driving licence
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential to be successful in this position
Responsibilities included in the role of Estate Agent:
- Book and attend valuations
- Arrange and conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.
- Negotiating
- Building your own brand using social media and networking events
- Manage and build strong customer relationships
- Marketing your properties
- Arrange and attend meetings with buyers/sellers
- Maintain records using the internal company CRM and software
- Coordinate and supervise offers, transactions and deals until the moment of payment by the buyer
- Source properties within your assigned patch with the intention of selling them on behalf of the owner
- Qualifying leads, both buyers and owners
- Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape
