Working hours:
As a Chartered Rural Surveyor, youโll be required to work Full-time.
This is an office-based role in North Norfolk, with travel around Norfolk when required for appointments.

Chartered Rural Surveyor requirements:
MRICS qualification
Level 3 Valuation (Desirable)
Full CAAV membership (FAAV)
A strong rural background and practical agricultural insight
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
An organised, detail-driven approach
The ability to work independently and collaboratively
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
Key tasks for the Chartered Rural Surveyor role will include, BUT will not be limited to:
Compensation claims
Environmental Stewardship support
Grant and funding applications
Contract farming arrangements
Rural planning and diversification projects
Sales and lettings of farms, land, smallholdings, and rural homes
Drafting FBTs, grazing licences and similar agreements
Valuations for lending, taxation, estate planning, and dispute resolution
