They are currently seeking a motivated and professional Sales Valuer to strengthen their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Valuer or a Senior Sales Negotiator with listing experience who is ready to take the next step in their career, offering clear pathways for progression and an attractive package.
As a Sales Valuer, your role would involve:
- Identify and value properties for sale, providing accurate and competitive appraisals
- Build strong relationships with clients and prospects to secure listings
- Negotiate offers and assist clients through the sales process
- Conduct property viewings and market the properties effectively
- Maintain detailed records and manage your pipeline efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
About you:
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years' estate agency experience and proven valuing expertise. You should demonstrate the ability to close for business confidently, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and hold a full UK driving licence. A proactive, client-focused attitude will be key to your success in this role. Having a good understanding of the property market in Newcastle and the surrounding areas would be advantageous, but not essential.

- Full-time position
- £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary
- £45,000 - £50,000 OTE
