Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our clients, a highly successful, well-established, independent Financial Advice Practice in Stockton-on-Tees.

The successful individual must possess full Cemap and CAS Status to be considered for the position. And in return, our client is offering hybrid working (3 days in the office, and2 days from home) and strong commission earnings.

Working hours:

  • Hybrid Working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
  • Full-time initially during the onboarding period
  • Monday to Thursday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

  • Basic Salary Β£28,000 – Β£30,000 (Depending on Experience)
  • Strong Commission structure
  • Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
  • Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
  • Full CeMAP Qualification
  • CAS Status
  • CeRER (optional)
  • Full UK Driving Licence and Own Car

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

  • Providing Mortgage and Protection business over the phone
  • Writing Mortgage and Protection Business
  • Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
