We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our client\’s expanding team in the Dagenham area. They are a thriving, market‐leading estate agency that offers its Mortgage Advisers comprehensive training, ongoing support, strong earning potential and a clear path to career progression. For this position they are ideally, our client is looking for someone who has a proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser, preferably with Estate Agency experience.

Working Hours
Full‐time
Office‐based role
The successful Mortgage Adviser will be offered :
Base Salary package – £25,000 – £40,000
OTE £50,000 – £100,000
Uncapped commission, generous structure (15% – 50% of banked income)
Additional commission after referrals to estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and surveyors

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with estate agency teams to promote mortgage and financial services
Deliver the highest standard of customer advice and care
Convert booked appointments into successful business outcomes
Follow up on missed opportunities and maintain ongoing customer contact
Ensure adherence to sales structures, compliance, and quality guidance
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
