Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking to join a thriving independent estate agency? Our client is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a Sales Manager to join their friendly team based in Chigwell.
Working days: As a Sales Manager, you will be required to work 5 days per week.
Salary package on offer:
- Basic salary circa £28,000
- 1st Year OTE | £40,000 + (Uncapped)
- 2nd Year OTE | £60,000 + (Uncapped)
- Excellent Commission Structure
- Quarter bonuses if targets are met
