My client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Romford, is seeking a Trainee Estate Agent to support both the Lettings and Sales teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes and develop into a successful, multi-skilled Estate Agent.
What's on offer for the successful Trainee Estate Agent:
- Very strong basic up to £25,000
- First year OTE £30,000+
- Car allowance once working independently.

- Strong individual commission structure
- Working hours: full-time position with a 5-day working week, with a day in lieu when working a Saturday
Key duties for the role of Trainee Estate Agent:
- Provide professional front-of-house service, handling client enquiries and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
- Support the Lettings team with viewings, tenancy paperwork, landlord/tenant communication, and property listings.
- Assist the Sales team by booking viewings, coordinating with buyers and vendors, and preparing marketing materials.
- Help create and manage property adverts across online platforms, ensuring listings are accurate and up to date.
- Deliver general administrative support while developing the skills to become a confident, multi-skilled Estate Agent.
Trainee Estate Agent requirements:
- Personal and professional attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in either customer service or sale is desired.
- Strong administrative skills.
