We are delighted to be working with a highly reputable company based in South London, which is looking for an experienced Residential Building Surveyor to join their team. - Full-time (Monday–Friday)
- Hybrid role (2 days a week in office)
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
- Basic salary of £60,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience
- Performance-based bonus
- 25 days holiday, increasing with service up to 30 days
- Mileage and lunch expenses
- Career progression
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- AssocRICS or higher
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- UK driving license
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:
- Carrying out Level 2 and 3 surveys (Essential)
