We are excited to be working with a well-esteemed and forward-thinking independent surveying practice, which is looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their dynamic office based in Oxfordshire. Our clients are seeking a minimum AssocRICS qualification, with experience in Level 2 and 3 Surveys. They are strongly focused on quality over quantity, with just ONE survey per day, supporting their staff’s development and ensuring they feel supported. There is a great scope for the candidate to progress and contribute to the long-term alignment/equity, and success of the business.
Working hours: Full-time Hybrid role (minimum 3 days in office).
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
- Basic salary £55,000 - £70,000 (option to have a lower basic, with a higher commission structure for greater earning potential).
- 28 days holiday (inc. bank holidays) with extra days around the Xmas Period

Residential Surveyor requirements:
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified
- UK driving license
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Level 2 and 3 survey experience (Essential)
- Registered Valuer Status (Essential)
