An exciting new opportunity has become available with our client, a highly regarded estate agency in the Great Yarmouth area. Due to continued growth and success, they are now seeking a confident and driven Sales Valuer to join their friendly and ambitious team. This is a fantastic chance for either an experienced Sales Valuer or a Senior Sales Negotiator who has recently started carrying out valuations and is ready to take the next step in their career.
As a Sales Valuer, you will be offered:
- Competitive basic salary
- Up to 6 months guarantee
- On target earnings of up to £45,000
- Company car or car allowance

Key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Carrying out accurate and professional property valuations
- Winning new instructions and building strong vendor relationships

To be considered for the role of Sales Valuer, you must have the following:
- Recent experience within Estate Agency
