What\’s on offer:

  • The position is offered on either a fully remote or hybrid basis, providing flexibility to manage your own schedule with the option to work from their Warrington office if preferred.
  • The salary package includes a £50,000 basic annual income, with uncapped bonuses pushing earnings to £70,000 – £80,000 OTE.
  • Additional benefits include: A non-contributory pension, Death in Service schemes, Private medical insurance, Clients supplied 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Requirements:

    Candidates must have proven experience as a Financial Advisor (qualified at a minimum of Level 4), with a client-centric approach and a commitment to service rather than aggressive sales. Familiarity with managing client banks and confidence in handling both existing and incoming clients is essential. Previous experience in the Northwest region would be preferred.

    Financial Advisor responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Servicing a pre-existing client bank
  • Providing comprehensive financial advice tailored to individual client needs.
  • Managing your own diary effectively, ensuring timely client appointments.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business where appropriate
  • Maintaining high standards of compliance and record-keeping.
  • Collaborating with paraplanning and administrative teams to deliver seamless client support
  • Researching product providers and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services.
  • Continuous development of a client bank and maximising opportunities, ensuring profitable relationships are built.
