Gcb is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to cover Tanton and the wider Somerset area on a flexible consultancy basis, minimum 2 days per week.

The role focuses on mortgage valuations for lender clients and completing Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys, in line with RICS standards.

You will manage your own diary with strong admin support, deliver accurate reports, and maintain high professional standards while building client relationships.
