Are you an experienced RICS Registered Valuer for flexible consultancy work? We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-established, independent residential surveying practice to cover Exeter and the wider Devon area. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Surveyor seeking a flexible consultancy position with a consistent pipeline of instructions, strong administrative support and the opportunity to increase workload as desired. The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: Undertake mortgage valuations for a range of lender clients Complete RICS Level 2 Home Surveys Complete RICS Level 3 Building Surveys Produce accurate, professional reports in line with RICS standards and lender requirements Manage your own diary and workload efficiently Deliver excellent customer service throughout the inspection and reporting process Maintain compliance with all relevant professional and regulatory standards Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders AssocRICS or MRICS qualification Proven experience carrying out mortgage valuations Experience completing RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys Strong knowledge of residential property construction and defects Excellent report writing and communication skills Highly organised, professional and self-motivated approach Full UK driving licence and own vehicle What's on Offer?
