We are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, a well-established, friendly and supportive practice in County Durham. This is a fantastic chance for SAVA graduates to shadow FRICS Surveyors and those who have AssocRICS or higher credentials to join a supportive team working across a range of residential and commercial properties.
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- SAVA graduates are also considered
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent client communication and report-writing abilities
- One survey per day.

Residential Surveyor responsibilities and duties include:
- Conducting Level 2 (Home Surveys) and Level 3 (Full Building) surveys on a variety of residential & commercial properties. (Training can be provided on level 3 if necessary)
- Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations (advantageous)
- Prepare clear and thorough reports, including recommendations and cost estimates for repairs or improvements.
- Liaise closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, delivering quality reports.
