Ideally, they are seeking an experienced individual with a minimum AssocRICS qualification, who is capable of carrying out Mortgage Valuations surveys and conducting Level 2 surveys. Working remotely on a part-time basis.

Working hours:
For this Residential Surveyor position, you’ll be required to work part-time (minimum 3 days) on a remote basis within a 25-mile radius of your home. This is a Monday to Friday role, so no weekends required.
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- AssocRICS qualification (minimum)
- At least two years of post-qualified experience, including VRS proficiency.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
Key duties for this Residential Surveyor include:
- Conducting mortgage valuation surveys and Level 2 property surveys within assigned territories.
- Carrying out inspections and producing detailed, accurate reports using leading software tools.
- Managing a flexible schedule to meet clients’ deadlines and survey requirements.
