Job Description:

We are excited to share a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our client, a reputable, independent property professional company regulated by a recognized professional body, offering a range of specialist services. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented individual who values a supportive work culture and clear progression opportunities.

Working hours:

  • Monday – Thursday (9am – 5.30pm)
  • Friday (9am – 5pm)
  • Hybrid role with flexible working options

Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum two years of B2B experience, preferably in property or professional services sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel for networking and business development (Essential)

Role responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop potential key accounts across the UK
  • Use phone, email, networking, meetings, and media to onboard clients and generate revenue
  • Conduct account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify issues
  • Develop action plans and strategies to increase fee levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Report regularly on account status, progress, and opportunities
  • Monitor key metrics like sales performance and customer retention to improve outcomes
