We're recruiting for a Senior Lettings Consultant to join an award-winning estate agency in Dunmow, working within a successful and established team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, customer-focused property professional with strong local market knowledge, confident negotiation skills, and a passion for winning new business and delivering exceptional service.
The Role
As a Senior Lettings Consultant, you will:
- Undertake rental valuations and secure new landlord instructions
- Negotiate with landlords and provide professional lettings advice
- Develop a strong understanding of the local lettings market
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
- Match applicants with suitable properties based on their requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and prospective tenants
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Minimum of 2 years' current residential lettings experience (essential)
- Strong knowledge of the lettings process and local rental market
- Confident, outgoing, and professionally presented
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and target-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Quick to learn and comfortable using bespoke software systems
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
