Our client, a well-respected Estate Agency is currently seeking a Valuer to conduct valuations and generate business throughout East Suffolk and South East Norfolk and surrounding areas. Our client places a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service, understanding that at the heart of estate agency is building meaningful relationships with people.
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £26,000
- Realistic OTE of £40,000 (Uncapped)
- Car allowance
- Ongoing training and support
As a Sales Valuer your role will involve:
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local property market
- Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales
