Are you a creative and enthusiastic graduate who has a passion for the environment? Do you also want to work from home?
Our clients, a well-established multidisciplinary practice with considerable experience in environmental design and planning across various sectors, are currently looking for such an individual to join their team as an Assistant Landscape Architect.
This is a great opportunity to develop a wide skill base while working within a friendly and supportive environment.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time position
The successful Assistant Landscape Architect will be offered:
- Up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
- Friendly and supportive workplace
- Increased annual leave with longevity

- Membership fees and exams paid
- Mentoring on a pathway to chartership
- BA and/or MA/PGDip in Landscape Architecture
- Minimum of 1 year\’s experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and SketchUp
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to develop designs on paper and digitally
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of detailed design drawings and work stages
- Beneficial, but not required – experience in Artisan, KeySCAPE, QGIS, Vectorworks, or Revit
As an Assistant Landscape Architect, your role will involve:
- Involvement in a wide range of project types at all stages of design and implementation.
- Collaborate with the wider team
- Conduct preliminary site studies
- Accurately prepare and present detailed plans and working drawings, including applications, construction details, and specifications, using CAD software or similar tools.
