Are you a seasoned Protection Advisor looking for your next career move on a Self-Employed basis? We are seeking a Protection Advisor to join our client's growing and successful team in the Southend area. This role offers excellent earning potential with referred leads from the Mortgage Team, and provides the opportunity to write 10-15 cases per month on a Self-Employed basis with a strong commission structure.

The successful Protection Advisor will be offered:

  • OTE - £80,000 - £110,000
  • Commission structure ranging from 35-55%
  • Full admin support and leads
  • Hybrid working

Protection Advisor requirements:

  • CeMAP or Equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in a Protection adviser position
  • CAS Status
  • Able to build and forge strong relationships
  • Strong communication skills
  • Provide exceptional client service

Protection Advisor duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Writing Protection Business
  • Provide the highest level of customer care at all times
  • Convert booked appointments into business
  • Adhere to sales structure, advice quality and compliance guidance at all times
  • Achieve sales targets each month
