Our client, a recognised professional body in the property sector, are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team selling their services to lettings agencies across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable brand, seeking someone who is extremely proactive, with a proven track record in sales and/or the property sector.
Working hours of a Business Development Manager:
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm
- Hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 from home

Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Experience in closing for business and building rapport
- Strong Telephone manner
- Sales background or Property sales experience
Duties of a Business Development Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Identify and approach clients to promote and sell membership services, targeting those who would benefit from regulatory advice.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting letting agencies to tailor membership services and sales strategies accordingly.
- Speaking/Networking with leasing agents to gain referrals.
- Calling out from the database to pitch company’s services.
