The predicted salary is between 20000 - 27500 £ per year.

Key tasks of a Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller’s properties

  • Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory

  • Engage and support customers throughout their journey

  • Build a relationship and be the customer’s key point of contact through the entire sales process

  • Similar to a self-employed role but under full employment

Are you an experienced Valuer or Branch Manager with valuing experience looking for an opportunity that enables you to work from home?, * Highly experienced within property sales

  • Be motivated and driven

  • Great communication skills both written and verbal

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • A full and clean UK driving license

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Every other Saturday

Our clients are offering the successful Valuer:

  • £20,000 – £27,500 Basic

  • £40,000 OTE (Uncapped)
