We are currently looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our clients, a nationally recognised Estate Agency in their Braintree office. Therefore, a minimum of CeMAP level 1 will be required for this role and is a really strong opportunity if youβre looking to kick-start your career or join a nationally recognised brand.
The position will be based in Braintree with leads provided by the Estate Agency team.
The successful Trainee Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
- Basic Salary Β£22,000
- Car allowance
- Salary Guarantee
- Strong Commission structure
- OTE Β£35,000 - Β£45,000

Working hours:
- Full Time
- Monday β Friday and alternate Saturdays (with a lieu day provided)
Trainee Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
- Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
- CeMap 1 qualification
- Full UK Driving license.
Responsibilities for the role of Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
- Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
