We are currently looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our clients, a nationally recognised Estate Agency who are looking to add a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to their team. Therefore, a minimum of CeMAP Level 1 will be required for this role and is a really strong opportunity if you’re looking to kick-start your career.
The position will be based in Coventry, with leads provided by the Estate Agency team.
Working hours:
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays (with lieu day provided)
The successful Trainee Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
- Basic Salary £22,000 - £28,000 Basic
- Strong Commission structure OTE £40,000 - £60,000
- Car allowance

Trainee Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
- Ability to deal with high volume of 1st appointments and subsequent sign ups.
- Minimum CeMap Level 1
- Full UK Driving license.

- Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
- Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch.
