Due to expansion, our clients, a highly successful and growing Surveying practice, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to work on a Consultancy basis in Sudbury. The role is available, working a minimum of 2 days a week.
The role will involve carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys.
Working hours: Flexible working hours, a minimum of 2 days a week. Remote / Work from home.
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
- Fee split on all surveys carried out
- £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on agreed working days and workload
- Holiday Pay
- PI Insurance
- RICS and VRS fees paid (subject to conditions)
- Equipment provided, including iPad, Mobile phone, Surveying equipment
To be considered for the role of Residential Surveyor you must have the following:
- Minimum AssocRICS or higher
- Registered Valuer status
- UK Driving License
- Own Car
- High attention to detail
- Experience in Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
- Mortgage Valuations
- Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys)
