Are you an AssocRICS-qualified surveyor with experience in Level 2 Surveys? Due to increased business levels, our client is looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team in the St Austell area.

The role comes with access to leading report-writing software, structured support, and the opportunity to progress into Level 3 Surveys and further professional development.

The Role

  • Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys
  • Undertake Red Book valuations
  • Conduct Level 3 surveys (training can be provided)
  • Produce clear, accurate, and client-focused reports
  • Manage your own workload and diary independently
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders
  • Maintain high professional and technical standards across all instructions

Residential Surveyor requirements:

  • Minimum AssocRICS qualified
