Are you an AssocRICS-qualified surveyor with experience in Level 2 Surveys? Due to increased business levels, our client is looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team in the St Austell area.

The Role
- Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys
- Undertake Red Book valuations
- Conduct Level 3 surveys (training can be provided)
- Produce clear, accurate, and client-focused reports

- Maintain high professional and technical standards across all instructions
Residential Surveyor requirements:
