We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice covering the St. Albans area. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business on an employed basis, offering remote working, full or part-time hours, an attractive bonus scheme, and genuine long-term career progression.
Working within a 25-mile radius from your home, you'll carry out residential surveys and valuations while delivering a high-quality service to clients across the region.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys
- Undertake Mortgage Valuations
- Deliver accurate, professional reports using industry-leading software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure surveys and valuations are completed to RICS standards and agreed timescales
- Manage your own diary and workload efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- AssocRICS qualified or above
- Minimum of two years' post-qualification surveying experience
- VRS registered
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
