This Residential Surveyor position is for a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business in the Southend-on-Sea area, which, due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team on an employed basis, working within a 25-mile radius from home.

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

  • Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys) and Mortgage Valuations
  • Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:

  • Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
  • Strong track record in Surveying - minimum of 2 years post-qualified VRS experience
  • Attention-to-detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • UK Driving License

What's on offer?

  • £52,500 - £70,500 basic salary (dependent on agreed working days and experience)
  • Up to £110,000 OTE
