This Residential Surveyor position is for a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business in the Southampton area, which, due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team on a consultancy basis, working a minimum of 2 days/week within a 25-mile radius from home.

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

  • Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
  • Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys)
  • Mortgage Valuations

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:

  • Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
  • Strong track record in Surveying - minimum of 2 years post-qualified
  • VRS experience
  • Attention-to-detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • UK Driving License

What's on offer?

  • Up to £100,000 OTE
  • Fee split 50%-55%
  • Minimum of 10 points, which can be split over multiple days (min of 2 days)
  • Leading software for report writing
  • Admin support

Working arrangement:

  • Remote / WFH basis
  • A minimum of 2 days/week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Working within a 25-mile radius from your home
