We're recruiting for an Estate Agent to join a fast-growing independent estate agency to work across both sales and lettings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with property experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to maximise earnings while building a long-term career in the industry.
This is a diverse role covering both sales and lettings, offering excellent exposure across the full property lifecycle, along with clear progression opportunities within a growing business.
The Role
As an Estate Agent, you will:
- Register buyers and tenants and match them with suitable properties
- Carry out property viewings across sales and lettings portfolios
- Negotiate offers and agree lets and sales
- Support both sales progression and lettings processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and applicants
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the transaction process
- Work in a target-driven environment focused on performance and results
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch
Estate Agent Requirements
- Experience within lettings or residential property sales
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Working Hours
