We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice on a consultancy basis in the Shrewsbury area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor seeking the flexibility of remote working while benefiting from a strong fee split, administrative support, and uncapped earning potential. Working a minimum of 2 days per week, you'll cover a 25-mile radius from your home, carrying out residential surveys and valuations using industry-leading reporting software.

The Role

  • Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys
  • Undertake Mortgage Valuations
  • Deliver accurate, professional reports using industry-leading software
  • Provide expert advice to clients in line with RICS standards
  • Manage your own workload efficiently while maintaining high service levels
