We're recruiting an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a forward-thinking, growing company covering the Salisbury area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor looking to take the next step in their career, with strong earning potential, remote working and full support to develop your experience in Level 3 Building Surveys.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys across your designated area
- Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys, with full training provided if required
- Complete Red Book Valuations
- Produce accurate, high-quality reports using industry-leading software
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the survey process
- Manage your own workload while maintaining high professional standards
- Build strong relationships with clients throughout the survey process
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- Minimum AssocRICS qualification
- Proven experience carrying out Level 2 Home Surveys
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
